Simon Robinson has a proven track record of innovation and changing the game, and in 2013 he founded Level to do precisely that. With over 20 years’ experience in conceiving and taking technology solutions to market for global software and professional services companies, Simon’s track record is uniquely placed to pioneer and drive change. With a career spanning management consulting at KPMG International, professional services at Capgemini and in the software industry with the Oracle Corporation, Simon has built successful businesses in Customer Relationship Management, ERP and Transformational Shared Services.

Samik Kumar

Chief Technology Officer

Samik Kumar has been with Level since launch and is the chief architect behind product strategy, product development and product deployment. With 17 years of experience in the IT Industry, Samik has creatively implemented enterprise software solutions in national and multi-national organisations around the globe in commercial and public sectors.  Samik is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India, and during his career in IT, he has held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting and the Oracle Corporation.

Chief Financial Officer

Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997, and spent time in the corporate finance teams at accounting firms BDO and Ernst & Young, as well as small-cap corporate finance boutiques specialising in AIM. Simon is also one of two founders of an innovative payments start-up, WeSwap, where until 2015 he was CFO/COO and held specific responsibility for finance, operations, customer service, compliance and fraud/risk management. In 2015, he joined Destiny Pharma as CFO, and he led the AIM IPO in September 2017.

David Watts

Commercial Director

After graduating in Business Studies, David has over 30 years sales and Senior Management positions in the IT industry. During the past 10 years, David has held UK board positions in Oracle, EMC and most recently Sage. He managed the harmonisation of Sun Microsystems after the acquisition by Oracle and was responsible for the accelerated growth of Sage’s Enterprise business.

Robert Peddie

Service Architecture Director

Robert has been with Level from launch and has responsibility for the Level Service Architecture in the Product Group.  As a solution and technical architect with over 15 years’ experience delivering innovative solutions for blue chip organisations from Motorola to HBOS, Robert has a proven track record in delivering quality designs and solutions across a suite of enterprise software applications.

Craig Fosberry

Cloud Services Director

Craig has been with Level from launch.  As well as his duties as the company security and compliance officer, Craig is responsible for the provisioning of Level Cloud services.  Prior to Level, Craig spent 15 years at Capgemini managing multi-client technical teams in support of organisations that include the Ministry of Defence, Metropolitan Police, Police Multi Force Shared Services, Westminster City Council, London Borough of Croydon and the National Trust.

David Walsh

Chairman

David was founder and CEO of Crimsonwing, an international software and services business that he took through to a public listing in 2008. Core to the business strategy was the development of a near-shore solution centre (in Malta). David was awarded Malta Order of Merit in 2010 in recognition of his contribution to the Maltese economy. Crimsonwing was acquired by KPMG, David remained as CEO until March 2018. Prior to Crimsonwing, David was at IBM and worked with hundreds of Enterprise clients globally. In 2011 David started the David Walsh scholarships at the Entrepreneurial Institute at King’s College, London to help develop young entrepreneurial talent. David was appointed Chairman of Level Global in May 2018.

Stephen Robinson

Non-Executive Director

With over 25 years in personal and commercial Financial Services, Stephen brings a wealth of experience to Investor Relationship Management as the Non Executive Director responsible for shareholder relations. He started as an Auditor in industry, followed by a number of years in the Government Accountancy Service NHS Audit Branch before transitioning into Financial Services. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester I.S.T and is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
